How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Seriesgrey Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Seriesgrey Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Seriesgrey Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@seriesgrey.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
